THANKSGIVING 2021

REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS

All items are fully cooked except where indicated. Unless otherwise noted, reheat all foods until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Check internal temperature with a cooking thermometer inserted into thickest part of the food (without touching the bone in meats). Reheating times may vary based on oven type, accuracy of oven temperature, container size, type and quantity of food, and/or other variables.

 

SMOKED TURKEY

INGREDIENTS: Young Turkey, Unsalted Butter, Tamari, Garlic, Sage, Brown Sugar and Sea Salt.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove packaging and place turkey in a roasting pan. Add ¼ inch broth or water to bottom of the pan. Cover with a foil tent for the first 45 minutes. Uncover and heat for an additional 45–75 minutes or until heated through. Rest 15 minutes before carving.

 

ROASTED BLACK OYSTER MUSHROOMS

INGREDIENTS: Black Oyster Mushrooms, EVOO, Miso, Sherry Vinegar, Shallot Oil, Mustard, Sage, Black Pepper, Sea Salt.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove mushroom roast from packaging and place on a lined baking sheet. Heat in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until heated through.

 

VEGGIE AU GRATIN

INGREDIENTS: Organic Yukon Gold Potatoes, Organic Turnips, Organic Rutabaga, Organic Celery Root, Organic Garlic, Veggie Broth, Unsalted Butter, Panko GF Breadcrumbs, Parmesan, Thyme, Heavy Cream, Black Pepper., Sea Salt

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cover with parchment paper or aluminum foil, unless otherwise indicated. Heat for 30-40 minutes (or longer if necessary) uncovered until heated through, stirring halfway through heating.

 

WILD RICE STUFFING WITH MUSHROOMS

INGREDIENTS: Organic Wild Rice, Pecans, Sherry Vinegar, Honey, Orange Juice, Garlic, Olive Oil, Blue Oyster Mushrooms, Thyme, Sage, Organic Onions, Organic Carrots, Organic Celery, Sea Salt. 

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cover with parchment paper or aluminum foil, unless otherwise indicated. Heat for 30-40 minutes (or longer if necessary) covered until heated through, stirring halfway through heating.  Add dressing before serving. 

 

GARLIC MASHED POTATOES

INGREDIENTS: Organic Yukon Gold Potatoes, Heavy Cream, Unsalted Butter, Organic Miso, Organic Garlic.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cover with parchment paper or aluminum foil, unless otherwise indicated. Heat for 15-20 minutes (or longer if necessary) covered until heated through, stirring halfway through heating.

 

GLUTEN-FREE CHEDDAR BISCUITS

INGREDIENTS: White Rice Flour, Organic Sweet Rice Flour, Organic Tapioca Flour, Baking Powder, Xanthan Gum, Sea Salt, Vegetable Shortening, Unsalted Butter, Whole Milk, Cheddar Cheese.

For best results, keep biscuits in freezer and pull the night before baking. 

OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place on an ungreased baking sheet with parchment paper and bake 18-20 minutes.

 

TURKEY GRAVY

INGREDIENTS: Turkey Drippings, Herbs, Butter, Gluten-Free Flour.

STOVETOP : Transfer to a saucepan and reheat over medium-low heat, stirring frequently until simmering and heated through.

MICROWAVE: Use a microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, then stir and microwave for additional 1- to 2-minute intervals as needed until heated through.

 

CINNAMON CITRUS CRANBERRY SAUCE

INGREDIENTS: Cranberries, White Sugar, Water, Brown Sugar, Organic Orange Juice, Orange Zest, Lemon Zest, Lime, Ground Cinnamon, Ground Coriander, Sea Salt, Ground Sumac.

 

GREEN BEANS WITH MUSHROOMS + PARM & CRISPY SHALLOTS

INGREDIENTS: Organic Green Beans, Vegetable Oil, Shallots, Canola Oil, Blue Oyster Mushrooms, Unsalted Butter, Canola Oil, Sherry Vinegar, Parmesan, Ground Black Pepper, Sea Salt. 

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cover with parchment paper or aluminum foil, unless otherwise indicated. Heat for 30-40 minutes (or longer if necessary) uncovered until heated through, stirring halfway through heating.

 

VEGAN GREEN BEANS WITH MUSHROOMS  & CRISPY SHALLOTS

INGREDIENTS: Organic Green Beans, Vegetable Oil, Shallots, Canola Oil, Blue Oyster Mushrooms, Unsalted Butter, Canola Oil, Sherry Vinegar, Ground Black Pepper, Sea Salt. 

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cover with parchment paper or aluminum foil, unless otherwise indicated. Heat for 30-40 minutes (or longer if necessary) uncovered until heated through, stirring halfway through heating.

 

GINGERSNAP COOKIES

INGREDIENTS: All-Purpose Gluten Free Flour, Baking Soda, Unsalted Butter, Unsulphured Organic Molasses, Cage Free Eggs, Erythritol, Organic Ginger, Ground Ginger, Cinnamon, Vanilla Extract, Monkfruit Sweetener.
